The Victoria Downtown Public Market Society is hosting a free screening of Dirt – the Movie, a documentary highlighting the importance of healthy soil in keeping the world fed.
It also features a presentation and community dialogue with farmer and food advocate Bob Maxwell.
Donations are encouraged, with proceeds going towards the establishment of a permanent local produce market in downtown Victoria.
