Victoria police have released the identity of man whose body was found in the Inner Harbour on March 5.
Scott Owen Smith, 26, was from Victoria.
Police are classifying the death as “suspicious.” It has not yet been determined how Smith died. Investigators are hoping to speak with anyone who was with Smith on the night of Wednesday, March 4 or the morning of Thursday, March 5.
