Oakdowne Park is a sloped green expanse in a neighbourhood with a growing younger population.

The only two amenities in the park besides a bench and a garbage can for dog poo is a paved pathway. Currently, there are multiple users including any number of owners with off-leash dogs.

This park doesn’t need to be fenced. What it does need is enforcement of current animal bylaws and the addition of playground equipment for children.
