LETTER: Solutions sought on homeless issue

Victoria is a great place. Hopefully, we can find answers to this ongoing inner city issue.

Re: Coalition targets youth homelessness (News, April 3)

The homeless are everywhere in Victoria. People have to take care of their own. A happy child or teen turns into a happy adult.

Substance abuse happens when someone wants to fill the void in their life. When you mix substances with mental illness you’re asking for big trouble.

Victoria is a great place. Hopefully, we can find answers to this ongoing inner city issue.
