Michael McClure, the prize-winning, Bay-area playwright, poet and mentor to such artists as Bob Dylan and Jim Morrison, brings his artistic flair to Victoria for two nights next month.
An Evening of Film, spotlighting poetry and the Haight-Ashbury scene, happens at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 8 at Merlin’s Sun Theatre, 1983 Fairfield Rd.
An Evening of Poetry goes the next night at Hermann’s Jazz Club starting at 7:30 p.m.
