Hot ticket: Victoria Symphony and Last Night of the Proms

The Victoria Symphony Orchestra SO and conductor Brian Jackson exuberantly celebrate British patriotism with Last Night of the Proms, a Beltone Pops series concert at the Royal Theatre Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m.
