The Victoria Downtown Residents Association is hosting a public forum on amalgamation in the Capital Region.
Speakers include John Vickers, spokesperson for Amalgamation Yes, Gaëtan Royer, urban planner and author of Time for Cities and Jamie Graham, chief constable of the Victoria Police Department. A question and answer period will follow.
The all-ages event takes place Oct. 2 at 7 p.m. at the Victoria Event Centre, 1415 Broad St.
