Traffic heading into Victoria's downtown was slowed down following an accident on Douglas Street at Chatham Street at around 2:25 this afternoon.
Police report that a scooter on Chatham Street ran a red light and was struck by a truck traveling down Douglas Street on the green light.
Injuries to the scooter driver are reported to be minor.
The accident has been cleared and the street open to traffic.
