Nightclubs are for entertainment and meeting new people.
When there are fights in the streets after 2 a.m., we must question our ability to think properly.
Drinking is something we must monitor, whether by ourselves or by our friends. After what happened on Nov. 26, we must stand back and watch our actions more closely. A fight can cause a lot of damage, even death. If you can’t play fair, don’t come downtown.
Liquor establishments want your business but not like this. There is a fine line between heavy drinking and having fun in the local bar scene.
