LETTER: Serving up a compromise for North Saanich pickleball

I don’t play pickleball myself but encourage anything that involves staying active and bringing people together. However, there’s no denying that it is excessively noisy when you are close by.

If these sound barriers being talked about really work why not have the pickleball association do some fundraising to get them installed at the Wain Road courts? A few garage sales, silent auctions and perhaps a small membership fee to use the courts would probably cover it.

As a sign of good faith, the District of North Saanich could also make a small contribution.
