I want to thank the Town of Sidney and owners of condos and homes for the excellent clean-up job last weekend and at the start of the week.
I am in a scooter and saw the snow coming down and it reminded me of the days years ago both in Ottawa and Toronto. Those memories don’t die easily so I thought I may have to stay in for a few days.
I looked out last Tuesday morning and felt I could give it a try and if I was uncomfortable I would come home. I was so pleasantly surprised to see side walks salted and especially at the curbs and crosswalks.
Thank you to all who made it work and it is much appreciated.
