Artists began decorating Government Street at the second annual Victoria International Chalk Festival  in Victoria.The festival billed as Canada's largest festival of it's kind includes an anamorphic (3D) street art piece created by Leon Keer, a Dutch pop-surrealist artist from the Netherlands. Government Street between Fort and Yates Streets will be closed again tomorrow as artists finish their masterpieces.
