Around 3 p.m. a male driving a pickup truck drove into a median on Goldstream Avenue.
"It was a medical issue, no alcohol was involved," said Cst. Mark Haggan of West Shore RCMP. No charges will be laid.
West Shore RCMP, Langford Fire Rescue, B.C. Ambulance and Westshore Towing arrived on scene.
