Will we now be Sunday Driving all week on Quadra Street and other main streets in Victoria?
With a 40-kilometre maximum speed limit we can all look forward to sharing those roads with electric bicycles.
I wonder if those in charge will remember to change the timing of the traffic lights since we will now be driving 10 kilometres slower. Or will we all be idling at red lights all the way down the Victoria portion of Quadra till we hit Saanich at Tolmie?
