Bravo Zulu to Jordan Brown, owner of West Coast Waffles, for providing a dinner out for folks who can’t normally enjoy such a treat.
I have been to this restaurant a couple of times and have been impressed by their customer service, upbeat energy, friendliness and efforts to run an environmentally sustainable business. How nice to see these values applied to the greater community.
Oh yes, and the food was great, too.
